Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge that processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary. Magnolia Manner is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer and the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

As outlined in the Refund Policy, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once an order has begun processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Magnolia Manner is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours with photos (see Refund Policy).

I do my best to ensure descriptions, photos, and details are accurate. However, I cannot guarantee that your device’s display or color settings reflect the exact colors of the products.
