Because each Magnolia Manner freshie is handmade to order, all sales are considered final. Please read the policy below before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Freshies are custom-made and scented individually for each customer. For this reason, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on:

• Scent preference

• Shape preference

• Color variation

• Size variation

• General dissatisfaction once received


Damaged Items

If your freshie arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  1. The damaged product
  2. The packaging
  3. The shipping label
    I will gladly replace the item if the damage occurred during shipping.


Wrong or Missing Items

If I accidentally send the wrong item or your order is missing something, please reach out within 48 hours so I can fix it right away.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Because freshies begin curing quickly, I am often unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you need a change, contact me immediately — I’ll help if I can.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Magnolia Manner is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered, lost in transit, or stolen after delivery.

If this happens, please file a claim directly with USPS. I’m always happy to help guide you through that process.


Address Errors

Please confirm your shipping address before checking out. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded. If the package is returned to me, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
