Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Magnolia Manner! Every freshie is handmade with care, and I want you to know exactly what to expect when you place an order.


Processing Time

All freshies are made to order. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on order volume. During launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may be slightly longer — but I always work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through USPS with tracking included. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been packaged and shipped.


Shipping Time

Shipping time is separate from processing time. Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your location and USPS transit times.


Local Pickup

If you’re local to coastal Alabama, you may select Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup instructions will be emailed to you after your order is placed.


Delivery Delays

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or postal service delays. Unfortunately, I cannot control or expedite USPS once the package is in their possession.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, please contact USPS directly. Magnolia Manner is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, lost in transit, or damaged by the carrier. However, I’m always here to help guide you through next steps if an issue arises.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees once the package is returned to me.
