Here’s everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, scents, and all the little details in between. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help!

1. What is a freshie?

A freshie is a handmade air freshener designed to add a burst of fragrance to your car, closet, office, or anywhere that needs a little extra pretty + scent. Each one is hand-poured, cured, and decorated in my home studio.

2. How long do freshies last?

Most customers enjoy 3–6 weeks of scent, depending on the fragrance strength, heat/sun exposure, and where it’s hung. Stronger scents last longer; gentler scents fade sooner — totally normal.

3. How big are your freshies?

Sizes vary slightly depending on the mold, but most are 3.5–4.5 inches.

4. Are all freshies handmade?

Yes! Every single freshie is mixed, poured, baked, decorated, photographed, and packaged by me — right here on the Alabama coast during nap time, after bedtime, or with a glitter-covered toddler on my hip.

5. Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, I offer customs seasonally depending on workload. If you have a special request, message me through the Get In Touch page and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

6. What is your processing time?

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on order volume. During launches or holidays, processing may be slightly longer — but I always hustle to get orders out quickly.

7. How do I care for my freshie?

Do not let your freshie sit directly on a dashboard or any surface. Keep away from pets and children. Avoid extreme heat when not in use. Always hang — do not place on wood, fabric, or plastic.

8. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re local to the coastal Alabama area, select Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup details will be emailed after your order is placed.

9. What is your return/refund policy?

Freshies are handmade and made-to-order, so all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos and I’ll make it right.

10. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — Magnolia Manner ships anywhere in the U.S. All orders include tracking information once shipped.
